Finally, a proper Japanese matcha with deep, rich umami flavor, freshly whisked right in front of me.

Beautifully smooth texture, generous strength and exactly the right temperature. Properly hot, just how I like it.

They also offer unsweetened milk, which is surprisingly difficult to find in Seoul. Everything came together in one beautifully balanced cup.

After trying several matcha spots across Seoul, this was easily my favorite of the entire trip.
